Stepping out for a good cause, Vanessa Hudgens and Hayden Panettiere were side-by-side at the Neutrogena Fresh Faces Music Benefit in Hollywood on Saturday (September 26).
Put on by VH1's Save The Music Foundation and held at Jim Henson Studios, the "High School Musical" hottie and her "Heroes" pal posed for pictures and mingled with attendees while taking part in the afternoon festivities.

"I think that everything happens for a reason and I wouldn't take back anything I've done," Vanessa says. "I don't like talking about it because it was something that was meant to be private and I'd still like to keep it as private as I can.
"It was very traumatic and I was extremely upset it happened, but I wouldn't have been able to get through it if it wasn't for my family, friends and fans who supported me all the way."
